Sun and Fun Motorsports’ website was constrained by a platform tied to their inventory management system provider, limiting customization and direct management. This dependency forced them to rely on external services for minor edits, incurring high costs and preventing any unique design or functionality enhancements that could differentiate them in a highly competitive market.

The primary goal was to completely redesign and rebuild Sun and Fun Motorsports' website on a new platform that allows the client to easily modify and add new content, including product category and brand pages. This rebuild not only aimed to sever the previous dependence on the cookie-cutter platform provided by the inventory management system but also to maintain the use of their inventory feed by integrating it into a new, more flexible and customizable content management system.

Inventory Feed

Developed a unified inventory feed by integrating XML files from all three locations into a single system. This new setup enables users to filter powersports inventory by location, a feature previously unavailable. The feed updates daily to ensure inventory accuracy.

Inventory Mapping

Mapped every attribute from the inventory feed files to the custom-designed product detail pages, significantly enhancing the display of product data and improving the mobile user experience.

Implemented direct integration of all website forms with their Salesforce CRM. This setup triggers automatic workflows for various inquiries and requests, including test drives, financing, and general contact, streamlining customer interaction and response efficiency.

Redesigned the entire website to enhance navigation and load speeds, significantly improving user accessibility. Added functionality to filter products by multiple attributes, incorporated a new design system and introduced several new branding elements to modernize the overall look and feel of the site.
